Tennis has been played at the School since its inception and is an integral part of the sports curriculum.
We have 6 newly refurbished courts on the schools grounds. Three have a slow, high-bouncing tarmacadam surface, which plays similar to red clay courts, and are ideal for the development of performance players. Our other three courts are a top of the range artificial grass surface and are floodlit.
The tennis coaching programme runs five days a week. It’s designed to motivate students to get involved in tennis, and then to develop their skills to the utmost.
Recent research into tennis has come up with some very interesting facts about the game:
3 tarmacadam surface and 3 artificial grass surface, floodlit courts.
