Fitness session:

2nd – 6th year: Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesday @ 4.15pm

This after school activity is open to any of the girls who wish to attend. The sessions vary from week to week and include general fitness activities such as cardiovascular training, toning and flexibility exercises. These sessions are non-competitive and all are welcome to attend. The sessions are organised and run by Colm Heffernan N.C.E.F.
