The day begins when pupils are called by their House Mistress at 7a.m. Breakfast is served in a communal Dining room at 7.40a.m., and School Assembly begins at 8.40a.m. The school day begins at 9a.m. There is a break at 11a.m., when a snack is served in the Dining room. Lunch is served at 1.15p.m. The school day ends at 4p.m. Girls are then free to pursue their own interests i.e., sports, music etc and are permitted to go to the local Spar shop for twenty minutes or so, with the permission of their House Mistress. Supper is served at 6p.m., followed by Prep, in study bedrooms for Innismore House girls and in Palmer Hall for Hillcourt House girls, from 6.30p.m., until 8p.m. 
Girls then have a break when a snack is provided and they can use their kitchen and television lounge until 8.30p.m. Prep resumes until 10p.m., and pupils then have some time to socialise before Lights Out at 10.45p.m., for Fifth Years and 11p.m., for Sixth Years. First Year pupils from Hillcourt House finish Prep at 8p.m., and have Lights Out at 9p.m., and Second, Third and Fourth Year pupils have a staggered rota for end of Prep and Lights Out between 9p.m., and 10.30p.m.
A ‘Saturday Study’ session from 9am to 12pm is a supervised study period welcomed by Students.
