Rathdown Sailing Team
Rathdown had a wonderful weekend of sailing. They came 2nd overall in the Leinster Schools Team Racing Championship in the Royal St George Yacht Club narrowly losing to Gonzaga. Rathdown Senior Choir, directed by Ms Rosie Callaghan, competed in the Feis Ceoil on 21st March in St Bartholomew’s Church, in the Sacred Music – Post-Primary Schools category, and were awarded second place, with 86%. The adjudicator was Stephen Cleobury, director of music at King’s College, Cambridge. This is a great achievement – congratulations to all involved!
Senior 2’s were narrowly beaten in Leinster League Final by St. Killians (2-0) but have yet to play in the South Dublin League Finals next week.
