Planning

A submission for a new academic wing and enhancement of existing facilities was made to Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Council in December 2009 . The Council has requested further information and the School will be responding shortly and expects to receive a decision from the Council before end of this school year.

Building

A team led by Building Committee Chairman, Peter Cosgrave, and Architect Eugene Dunne of KMD & Associates will ensure that the School is in a position to build, subject to planning and funding.

Cost
The planned new academic wing and enhancement of existing facilities will have a cost, subject to planning decision, final specifications and the market conditions at the time School is ready to commence,  of circa €4m

Funding
The proposed development will be financed by seeking the support of parents, alumni and friends of the School and the fundraising campaign will be co-ordinated by Fundraising Chairman, Sean Melly, and Fundraiser Dennis O’Connor of 2into3.
